EXPIRED LISTING - 1985 Scamp 19' 5th Wheel - $8,500 - Cocoa, FL

1985 Scamp 19’ camper $8,500.00 CASH not negotiable, NO TRADES
Cell number gets a quick response

If you know what it is, set up a time to see, buy and remove it from my home in Port St John Florida (N Cocoa)
This is a very original scamp goose neck (2-5/16 ball) camper.
I have owned it for about 4 years and am selling it due to health issues.
The good;
1, The unit is as original as you can get. Original cushion covers (Perfect condition)
2, Original curtains on all but the kitchen window.
3, The original melamine dishes are with the unit.
4, The furnace, refrigerator , cook- top, and water pumps all are original and worked last time out.
5, The original travel rock cover is in place over the front window.
6, All windows are good and open fine.
7, Full shower / bathroom combo.
8, Both LP tanks are there and about 60% full
9, Tires are about 80%
10 Trailer brakes work well.
11, The hitch has been modified to tow with a standard 2” receiver. The raised hitch unit is included with the sale.
12, Clear Florida title in my name.
13, Unit is currently registered.
14 Unit weighs 2000lbs and can be towed by anything.
15, I run a dehumidifier in it 24/7 and it goes with it.
16, Includes 2 tall stabilizing jacks for the rear bumper to set up site.

The bad;
1,The roof AC failed last time out so I removed it and put in a smoke skylight. I bought a new window AC unit with the intention of installing it through the wall under the table. I have not started it and it is included in the sale so you could get another roof unit and put it back to original.
2, The water heater developed a leak. I did not investigate it as I was headed home. I have no idea what it is and will not investigate further.
3, Right side tail light is broken (Lawn guy caught it with the mower)
4, Needs really good through cleaning.
5, Has a minor crack in the bottom right side fiberglass under the upper bunk, got scraped Can be seen in the second pics.
