The good:

• tags good through December of 2020.
• original cushions in good condition

• The electrical includes two 12 volt power ports, LED lights, and a stereo system. She has a front dinette for four, which converts to a bed. Her gaucho style sofa converts to a bed as well. She has a four burner stove and oven. She has a dual fuel refrigerator, and propane heater. She has a kitchen sink and a full bathroom with shower. She also has an air conditioner to keep it comfy in the summer. She has new easy to clean flooring, the old vinyl was pretty worn. 
• All of the important maintenance has been done in the last three months to get it ready for camping season. 
• We removed all of the windows and freshly sealed and re-seated them in December. We have had no leaks and are confident they are well sealed.
• We have put on NEW TIRES and had the brakes checked and bearings greased.
• We have emptied tanks and cleaned. 
• She comes with wheel chocks, and a fresh filled propane tank.

The bad:

• The tank and battery trays on the hitch are pretty rusted and if we were were keeping her we’d replace them.
