I live in central Florida but I travel to Brevard County on a regular basis so will post here because I will bring it with me if you are interested in looking at it. I am in no hurry to sell this but going to post my 1984 U-Haul CT13 fiberglass camper and see what offers I get.
Clear Florida title. This camper is 110% ready to hook up and go!! This thing is in excellent shape inside and out, one of the cleanest CT-13 campers you will find. Outside is great with no cracks or problems. It is 100% water proof with no leaks at all. It has a Fantastic Fan with the Fantastic Fan shroud that allows you to open the fan lid all the way and no water comes in. I have used the original solar panel bracket and installed an 80watt 2.8amp solar panel to it. Solar charge controller keeps the two commercial Duracell AGM batteries charged and doubles as entry light switch. Windows have been tinted with QUALITY American made film to keep out heat and glare and give privacy. Upgraded door handle lock.
Generator box on the front will house a small generator (it will store generator while driving and you can run the generator in this box as well to power camper, all power hook ups are in place!) I have a Honda EU2000I generator in there now which is the perfect size. Generator NOT included.
the front window cover works great and stays up. 3x new 4ply tires on original wheels. Gator skin rear tire cover. Inside has been completely reupholstered, cushions and drapes. This has a 100' heavy duty extension cord on a reel so that you are able to pull up and plug in anywhere if you need, once you plug in it runs the 2x receptacles over the kitchen and will run the smart charger too if needed.
12v on demand water pump for the sink & 11 gallon fresh water ABS holding tank w/ internal baffles. Water filtration when you hook up you hose to fill the tank with the small side door keeps dirt and garbage out of your water tank. 1-2 gallon Grey water tank.
Counter top has a built in storage box that does not take up counter space. 22" Samsung tv with antenna. 2000watt Stinger inverter. Original bunk bed/couch setup. Not pictured is new twin size mattress that is included, this fits great in back over cushions for full time sleeping. I also have the table with pole if you want to use it as a kitchen table. Aux air intake/exhaust fan in place of original propane heater. Everything runs through a fuse block. Carbon monoxide detector. Radiant barrier has been slid in every crack from the top to the bottom to line the inside of the shell and makes a huge difference on a full sun day.
There is too much to list with this one and you would have to see it to appreciate it. I have NOT drilled any extra unnecessary holes in the fiberglass, I pretty much used any existing holes that were there already (except for the TV) and it worked out just right to make it come together. I have a 4 cylinder truck and it pulls this camper great. I am working on replacing the floor with good quality laminate so in the picture there is no flooring at the moment, if I don't get around to it maybe save you some money. I have been watching these campers for some time online and seen ones in nowhere near as nice shape go for the same price so please no low ballers, but I will listen to any reasonable offer. Original owners belonged to an antique camper club and they give me a binder with a complete tear down of this camper piece by piece. Thanks for looking!
