1984 Scamp 13, new 2000# Dexter axle (2016), LVP floor, updated interior and air conditioner (2017), new roof vent (2020). All electric, water system deactivated. Original sink still installed beneath new counter. All original parts included with camper, gas system not attached when purchased in 2016. Spare tire included but rear mount removed by previous owner. Also includes jacks for rear of camper when parked and trailer dolly. Camper stored in garage and carport for last 5 years. New axle has less than 5k miles.
