Been in storage the past 10 months & is in need of a good clean up. The snow load in Hope created a leak so it will a good weekend's worth of work & appears that someone tried to steal the new water heater so I will entertain a solid offer for a solid trailer. No "reasonable offer refused" for this rare little Bigfoot.

It is straight, solid & rare "little" BIGFOOT travel trailer.
Never been smoked in, hardwood floors, extended bumper for storage box, twin stainless steel sinks, rear dinette with full size sleeping area up in the "crows nest".
Wood floors are solid, lots of light with many windows & tows super easily. New Atwood water heater installed late last fall, good tires & clean/clear title in hand!
