Editing Post: Someone who was more knowledgeable regarding these who looked explained some things we didn’t know. I am dropping price considerably with this new info!
It was pointed out there was damage to top corner and preciously was patched. (Pic) This is causing the cracks apparently- we bought it in same condition as is now and used it a without issue since 2016 being unaware of the issue. With this info however, I can see it will be a project camper eventually- no cracks are going through all layers- nothing open on outside.
Ready to camp as is. Awesome light little rare 17 footer.
Super cute and vintage look inside still minus the one cabinet door that was replaced -others all original. All parts to convert bunks and seating are there.
Original heater/Fridge/Stove work - Shower and toilet have not been used but tested using water tank when we bought it and it worked then.
Owners before me were elderly couple who kept it on their property mostly for extra bed and had it a long time.
Original cushions all in good shape- was going to make into my "Glamper" but didn't have time and only used a handful of times. I have owned since 2016
If you are here you know Burros, so please ask any specific questions. Serious inquiries only-
One new roof vent put in, will come with other one for buyer to replace.
Will need new roof cap (cracked) that goes to septic holding tank but does not affect anything.
I believe it was painted with non gel paint previously. paint chips- scratches all superficial -
Back bed/dinette. Front bench seat/two small bunk beds. (Sleeps 2 adults and 2 smaller kiddos) original awning and hardware.
A few inside cracks- do not go through shell- just first layer of fiberglass... see pics
