Bright, spacious recently renovated with new paint & cushion covers. The fibreglass shell is in good shape for age.

In good working condition: stove, fridge, lights, water tank, water system, hot water tank, shower, grey & black holding tanks.

In poor working condition: awning.

Not working: propane space heater and oven.

Water damage from one of the awning attachment points has been fixed.

Comes with a weight-distribution hitch, two propane bottles, and a memory foam mattress topper for the sofa bed.

The table makes a double bed. Storage above sofa bed sleeps a child.

Selling after two fun summers with family because we're moving otherwise we would happily keep. Would consider selling 2009 Toyota Tacoma (V6, 4dr, 4x4) as a package deal.
