Scamp includes:
-Awning
-Refrigerator
-Working AC
-Outdoor cover
-Two heavy duty leveling jacks
We have camped in it several times this summer and always had a blast. We are just upgrading to something larger to accommodate our growing family.
I never even attempted to use the toilet as we always stayed at a campground with a restroom facility. I don't have any reason to believe there would be an issue with any of the plumbing, but again, I've never used the water in this Scamp, and don't intend to. The shower head did detach from the wall, and would need a few cheap pieces of hardware to fix (never got around to it because we wouldn't use it). We always just used the bathroom as extra storage space.
I've never needed to use the gas heat either, and I didn't intend to (a small space heater would be plenty).
Scamp has not leaked 1 drop of water even through this monsoon season!
We Remodeled the interior to our liking as can be seen in the pictures. Painted the shelves white instead of the particle board wood finish. Professional paint job on the bathroom door, frame, and inside of the exterior door. Tore out the carpet and laid down some dark wood flooring that looks fantastic.
Clean title in hand.
