1983 16 foot scamp
Pretty good condition especially for it's age. The good and extras:
It's ready to go for Labor day camping
Mattress topper for bed makes for extra comfort
Newer stove top and hood fan with light
Water tank and plumbing are functional and free from leaks
Has the front bunks that convert to a couch.
Bathroom with toilet and shower.
Includes all the little odds and ends you could want, stabilizer jacks, sewer and water hoses, hitch lock.
Has a large awning.
Has a rear bumper hitch for a bike rack
Brakes recently serviced/adjusted.
New deep cycle battery.
Furnace works great.
The needs work items:
Fridge works on propane only. I think this is an issue with thermocouple but fridge stays cold and have plenty of propane for 5 straight days of cooking as well. Was never an issue for me.
Water heater is not functional and has been bypassed, so no hot water.
Bathroom window should be replaced. I purchased a new one from Scamp that's included with the sale.
Door is slightly out of alignment.
Great little lightweight camper that will last someone for a long time. Our family outgrew it and we need the driveway space so priced for a quick sale.
