Previous owner had replaced torsion axle with ez lube fittings. New bearings, races and seals. Upholstery has been professionally cleaned and hadn't been used. Comes with mattress and cover cut to fit dinette. New 10 gallon water tank, pump and  faucet. City water connection, cold water only. Removalable closet shelves with clothes rod.
