Extremely easy to tow and park- trailer weighs 1700 lbs and has a tongue weight of about 50 lbs when balanced. An adult can pick up the tongue and move it into place. Any vehicle with a class 1 hitch can tow- includes a 2 inch ball hitch and hitch extension. Wired with a 7 way plug.

Wooden floor was replaced with fiberglassed 3/4 Plywood...there will never be any woodrot problems with this trailer. This is about as easy as easy gets in terms of use and maintenance.
