*SOLD* 1982 Burro 13’ - $9500 - Portland OR

Previous owner replaced windows with tinted plexiglass and installed new seals, new roof vent and repacked the bearings.

Since I've had her, here's all I've installed new and replaced:

INSIDE:

-1/4” subfloor, waterproof vinyl flooring and hardwood threshold

-Faucet with pull out sprayer

-Updated plumbing and water lines to fresh water tank

-12V water pump for off grid camping

-3 way fridge (110, 12V, propane)

-Electrical panel and 110/12V converter box

WFCO WF-8735 30Amp power center

-Deep cycle marine battery

-Two 15 Amp GFCI outlets wired to 110

-5 LED overhead lights wired to 12V

-Vortex vent fan wired to 12V

-Tin roof center seam

-Cabinet doors and hinges

OUTSIDE:

-Trimlok (the stuff on the body seam)

-Wheels and tires, load C 1100lbs each

-Locksmith rebuilt original Bargman door lock and made two new keys

-Electrical cable hatch, evacuation port and fresh water fill hatch

-Towing pin

-20lb propane tank with regulator

-Spray enamel the burro decal silver

-Sanded and rustoleum sprayed bumper and tongue

-Professionally buffed the original gel coat back to a shine

The stove top is original, still works and is in nearly perfect shape. The fresh water tank is original but I replaced all the lines and it works great.  All the driving lights are there and in good shape. The frame is solid no cancer at the joints. I’m including a 50ft Camco TastePURE drinking water hose for hook up.

Since I have had her, she's been under cover and I have never camped in her, so I don’t know of anything that is wrong with her.  I tried to update/fix anything I could see needed it. She’s not perfect but in very good condition. Her door is typical that it doesn't sit quite straight in the jam but it shuts and locks. From the original plumbing lines, it looks as though she has been used very little. I'm sad to see her go but life has thrown me some curve balls, like my tow car breaking down and a world wide shut down/pandemic job loss and it just makes no sense to keep her anymore.

She will need tags. I left the tables, cushions and curtains up to you, as there’s many ways to configure these. So now it’s time to add your personal touches and get her out on the road where she belongs.

I’m in NE Portland, Oregon. I have the title in hand and am asking $9500.
