This little camper was owned by a local gentleman who parked it here since 2008. Unfortunately he passed away
and his significant other wants to sell it. The RV is in pretty good condition. It needs a little TLC but not much.
The caulking is cracking on the outside and could use redone. The interior is clean and in good shape.
Dont ask us anything about the electrical or the toilet because quite frankly the only person who knows anything about that is gone.
