The furnace, water heater, and fridge have been disconnected, they were like that when I bought it 2 years ago, never did reconnect anything it wasn’t a priority to us. Also the water tank, pump and faucets will need to be connected, I have all new parts just no time to complete. I have started a new project is the reason for the sale.
