I'm considering selling my 13-foot 1980 Burro. I haven't taken it to a scale, so don't know the total weight, but I have weighed the tongue -- it's 120 pounds.
Recent improvements include painting and re-sealing windows, new vinyl floors, new foam and covers for cushions, curtains, insulation in storage areas, interior paint, and 6 gallon fresh and gray water tanks. I have a new battery for it, but it's not hooked up yet. The battery, cover, propane tank and spare tire with cover would be included. Exterior lights were recently changed over to LED by previous owner.
This could be a really amazing camper with just a few small projects to make it your own -- still needs cabinet doors, something to cover insulation on the ceiling (have a sheet of white vinyl that I was going to put up that would be included if wanted), and a new shore power cord, but it's definitely functional as is and very clean. I also have extra fabric and foam that could be used to make matching front cushions if interested (or I could consider making those quickly before selling if someone shows interest). It tows really nicely too. We've been towing it with a Subaru Outback
$7500, obo. Would also be interested in trading for a teardrop camper, especially Tag campers or TC Teardrop or something similar.
