SOLD - 1979 Scamp 13' Trailer - $8000 - Hood River, OR

She is a 1979 Scamp, that I have renovated and set up to make for a comfortable get away! The back dinet turns into a bed, and there is a couch in front. There is a small sink, 3 way mini fridge, and propane stove and heater. There is no bathroom in this little trailer but most campsites will have facilities for you. Super light weight - 1000lbs dry weight. Easily maneuverable. You can even tow it with a car. There is also a large water holding tank and lots of storage.

2 years ago we did the renovations on her. Since then she has primarily been used as an Airbnb in my yard, and VERY few miles have been put on her. It was very popular on Airbnb!!

THE BAD
The big snow storm cracked the roof. This HAS BEEN REPAIRED professionally, but there was some water discoloration on the floors. Good news it is under the table and under the couch so it's not very noticeable. The sub floor should be fine, as there is a moisture barrier under the flooring and it didn't leak long before we noticed and moved her into a barn.

She is not perfect - she has been well love, but is from 1979!!

THE UNKNOWN
I put these under unknown, because they both have always been a little finicky!

I did not let airbnbers use the heater that is built in (fear of a fire hazard!) so it has not been run for 3 years or so, it worked when we took her to Montana 2 summers ago, but I have not tested it since.

The fridge has also not been turned on or tested for over a year now. I do have a new retro style one I wanted to put in because it matched the renovations better that you can have if you want.
