Asking 5700.00 USD (Negotiable)
This Trillium 4500 has a clean California permanent trailer title. The exterior and interior body is in overall good condition. The trailer was just serviced and had the wheel bearings regreased and a new 7pin electrical cable installed. The electrical all works, except the electric brakes which need replacement; however, being such a light trailer it is possible to tow without.
The trailer’s exterior has the expected wear of a 40 year old trailer that lived the last decade or so outside, albeit in the shade of Southern California. Also, the exterior of the trailer has one crack on the front left corner (see pictures). I have all the original paperwork, warranties, and keys (plus duplicates).
Sleeps 4: table transforms to a queen bed and front gaucho bench converts to a (small) bunk bed. Windows include: 3 louvered side/back windows, front window with awning, and a top air vent (no fan). Appliances include: 3-way Dometic refrigerator, 3-burner propane stove, propane heater, and a Progressive Dynamics 12V converter, so electric capable appliances, can run off the car battery or 120V AC. Also, has galley sink with hand water pump connected to a 20 gallon water tank. Storage includes: 1 large closet, 3 kitchen cabinets, 2 under-gaucho drawers, 2 large under-kitchen seating drawers/compartments, and overhead bin storage. Included is Tota II chemical toilet that stores under gaucho in its own compartment.

Purchased and stored in Southern California, this trailer has been kept in a shady dry place since 2002. Previously, it had one owner who used it sparingly for the last several years before it was stored in 2002. The previous owner kept all the trailer's service records and original paperwork. I was gifted the trailer from a friend who inherited it as part of a deceased relative's estate.
What it's Got & What it Needs
What I've Done: I had a new 7 blade trailer wire harness professionally installed for a better electrical connection. Now all exterior and interior lights work. Had wheel bearings professionally repacked (also had the axle checked and the repairman said it was fine. I have done some general cleaning: e.g. removed old carpet, vacuum, some wiping down.
Definitely Needs: A propane system check, (possible repair to the Dometic 3-way refrigerator, and Duo-Term heater), new electric brakes, new cushions, new cap for water inlet, (possible) resealing of window rubber, and peeling off of old window tint.
Possibly Needs: Cleaning of water storage tank, (if desired) new 2" hitch receiver (current is 1 7/8"), replacement of under-kitchen table cutlery drawer (missing), reinstall door (so it seals more easily), and possible replacement of cracked left rear window (see pics).
