       This has a clean title. The exterior and interior body is in overall good condition. The electric lights work, it does have electric brakes not sure if they work however, being such a light trailer it is possible to tow without. It needs new tires and the trailer pin would have to be tested to see if it works.

      3 person Trailer: table transforms to a queen bed with a drop down bunk. louvered windows & back window all work, front window with awning in good shape, and a top air vent (no fan). Appliances include: 3-way Dometic refrigerator, 3-burner propane stove, propane heater, and a Progressive Dynamics 12V converter, so electric capable appliances, can run off the car battery or 120V AC.  Also, has galley sink with hand water pump connected to a 20 gallon water tank. Storage includes: 1 closet, kitchen cabinets, under-bench drawers, 2 large under-kitchen seating drawers/compartments, and overhead bin storage. Has built in bathroom with small wash sink.
