We recently purchased this Trillium 4500 (1977) and were going to renovate it but have too much going on and won’t get to it this year therefore are listing it. I have given the interior a good clean including all the ensolite, bought two new roof vents for it that need installed, (current ones need replaced - cracked) bought two new marker lights, need installed. Made templates for the cushions and took old ones to the dump (40 year old cushions were not for me) Removed the cupboard doors (I was planning on new ones) I have the old ones (some peeling) apart from the closet door (I have the spec sheet from it) Removed the carpet in the dinette area, I think it was original! There is a piece of loose vinyl flooring in the main area.
It is missing the top bunk but one could be made, original table is there but peeling and a bit rickety, all appliances there (rv fridge, furnace and cooktop) but untested. We towed it home for 3 hours and the bearings stayed cool.
Price $4500 US dollars, you will see if you check other listings they can go for twice this so for a little work it will be worth lots more. The 4500 is two feet larger than the smaller 1300 which translates in to a larger bed, bigger kitchen and closet.
We are located in Creston, BC just over border at the top of Idaho. The process to bring back to the States is easy as this trailer is over 25 years old and there is no cost.
