I have attached photo's so you can see what you will be looking at. I spent many hours today giving it a wipedown and a good once over. Here are the things I found out about it.

This trailer is complete and all original. She looks pretty darn good for being 43 years old.
A few things to add, Weight, 2000 according to the sticker I found.
Fridge, two -way electric and propane,
Stove three-burner, rust on one burner but cosmetic, not through.
Sleeps four but, front beds are small, suited for kids or perfect for a shelf and sitting area.
The sink has a small rust spot in one corner front left side when standing at it, surface rust.
Tap is a pump tap.
Hoses under the sink look good to go.
Comes with trailer ball thingy for the sway bars and sway bars
Retro Mini microwave if you want it
Cushions are in amazing shape, zippers all still work, no holes.
The table in perfect shape, no scratches
Blinds all work but need a good cleaning or replacement.
High-end portapotty under the front bench seat
The closet door: the mirror slipped, I took it off to fix it and I simply ran out of steam, you will have to slide the glass back up and glue the bottom frame back on and put it back up.
My mom said, there are no leaks and everything works as far as she knows. The last time out was 2017 been under cover.

This trailer needs a new home and she needs her driveway back since we moved it from the back to the front of the house (redoing the yards). Asking 4K or best offer close to this. It is not perfect and needs a cosmetic refresh but ready to use, not gutted or torn apart, it is functional and super cute!

Has a new awning put on a few years ago and paid $900 for it.

I could not find a current comparison as fibreglass trailers are difficult to locate online. Saw a few online from last year for 5-7k. Asking 4k knowing it needs a refresh (ceiling needs a paint refresh, a bit of rust on the stove, nothing paint won't fix). Selling as is and best offer closest to 4K.
