So light you can tow it behind a Camry, as I did many times! (about 1200 lb empty)
It's fiberglass--very light, and never any dry rot to worry about!
1 7/8" ball socket, standard 8-pin round electrical connector for towing
New tires and new 3-way refrigerator (110V, 12V, propane, installed by RV Dr. George), both in 2017
Includes spare tire, spare tire cover (shown), blue awning (shown), 110V battery charger (that's a good deal right there!), 12V toaster, and water heater. Has a 2-burner stove and sink, no oven.
10 gallon water supply, 12V water pump
110V and 12V interior lights, plenty of storage space. A big step up from tent camping!
Dinette folds into a just-under-a-queen-sized bed, bench seat folds up into small bunk beds
Does not have a bathroom. Could use some outside painting.
Clean and clear title--I have the pink slip!
"Permanent trailer" registration because it's so small--pay about $10 (that's not a typo!) every 5 years rather than lots every year.
Asking $4000 or best offer. Call/text Darren and feel free to leave a message.
