1975 Perris Pacer 13 foot Fiberglass Trailer - Restored and Upgraded

Restored classic vintage trailer with many upgrades. Like Scamp, Casita, Boler. This was my pride and joy, but I have just bought a class b van so time for someone else to love it.

These are super light, my guess is 1300 lbs based on specs of similar... I have towed this with a Honda CRV (rated for 1500 lbs. tow capacity) and now a Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid (1750 lbs. tow capacity), and I have crossed big mountains hardly knowing it's back there and experiencing minimal loss in MPG.

Ready to go, needs nothing.

Has two burner stove, sink and water tank with electric pump.

Recent three tone exterior paint

Upgraded electricals with huge 5000w converter/charger and two deep cycle 6v batteries in series; usb outlets added as well as extra ac and 12v outlets.

Upgraded bedding with thick memory foam toppers, bed extender and designer sheets - sleeps 3

Interior has been restored including new wall covering, new paint and restored cabinetry inside.

It is possible to also set this up with bunk beds, I have the top bunk piece but you would have to obtain or build the support structure.

Included in sales price is window ac and mount (gets set up in window when needed in five mins)

Extras available not included in sales price: propane heater set-up (indoor safe, runs off tank with hose), small generator (powerful enough to run ac when needed), 12v fridge, mini-microwave, brand new (never used) porta potty and shower tent for ext. potty use.

I can deliver this for a little extra $ if you need time to get set up with hitch.
