13 foot 1975 Boler

Previous owner was a boat builder and was the one who remodeled the interior. Replaced bunks in front of Boler with more storage - this things has lots of storage! Can sleep 3 if you use the remodeled area in the front of the Boler as a bed - or you can use it as extra counter space. 

Has some fiberglass damage on a front corner from a mishap involving a muddy road and a ditch, damage pictured. 

Factory weight 900lb.

Marine grade varnished sapele cabinet doors and table. 
120 volt plug in. 
New waterproof laminate flooring
Original Coleman two burner stove. 
Built in ice box. 
Water tank was removed for easy maintenance but original sink is in place and can be reconnected. 

Comes with a Sunbrella awning - I've never used it.
