SOLD - 1974 Trillium 1300 - $6000 - Denver, CO

1974 Trillium 1300

Up for sale again for Spring! Up for grabs is a great example of a rare, vintage fiberglass camper... a 1974 Trillium 1300. Bummed to have to part ways with this, but recently sold our tow vehicle, so now it's just sitting. It's considered a 13' camper. Total length about 16'.

We've owned this camper for about 5 years, and have had amazing trips from Marfa to Wisconsin, and many miles in between. For those not familiar with the Trillium campers, they are originally from Canada, and similar to Scamp, Boler, Burro Campers etc. Considered by many to be the 'Cadillac of fiberglass campers'.

The Good,

Tows very solidly, I believe the bearing were repacked when I purchased it in 2014.
Propane Heater, stove, and hand pumped water work
120v shorepower works (nice to be able to plug in a fan at campsites)
Sleeps 2, and maybe a small child. The table folds down to a bed. We used a mattress topper, because honestly it's way more comfortable:)
Lightweight, and easy to maneuver (able to get into spots most giant rvs can't touch)
Clear Colorado Title

The bad,

Cosmetically, it looks great from 10'+, but a few bondo cracks from the previous owner. Not a structural issue, just could be improved.
T-molding in the interior is missing in places, or bunched up (see the photo).
Dometic 3 Way fridge not working.
These originally had hardware that turned the front cushions into a bunkbed, but the hardware is missing.
Heater vent on the outside, flew off on our last trip (cosmetic)
Includes a Shademaster awning, but one of the legs needs to be replaced (or an entire new unit is $275)

Interior i'd rate as 6-7/10
Exterior i'd rate as 7/10

Overall, it's a great working model of a quite rare vintage camper, but could be amazing with a little more work.
