SOLD - 1974 Eco 13' Renovation Project, $3,000- Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

1974 Eco Fiberglass egg trailer, 13' (*), with clean Idaho title.

(*please note: 13' is the length of the trailer frame including the tongue. The actual shell is about 10' long and the overall length of the tongue, shell and added utility box is 15')

We purchased this project 2 years ago with intentions of restoring to its original glory. Life got in the way, and we no longer have the time or the space to continue storing it. We have reluctantly decided to pass this along to someone who knows it's worth and wants to make it beautiful again.

It is our understanding that the Eco Fiberglass Trailers were only made for a few years in the USA. They used the same molds and layout as Boler, in Canada. This trailer is just as we bought it from the previous owner, a renovation in progress:

  • Comes with a full set of brand new, nicely made cushions!
  • It has good bones. The subfloor and fiberglass are solid and the frame appears to be in good condition. At some point, the frame was lifted and leaf springs and a utility box were added. We towed it from the Seattle area with no problems.
  • The back window needs replaced with plexiglass, but we still have the old one for a template and seals for its replacement.
  • There are appliances included, though we do not know if they are operational (dometic fridge, coleman stove, hood fan.)
  • There are many other parts and pieces included that the previous owner was planning to use.
  • Previous owner started working on sanding out the body for refinishing, which is why it has that mottled look. The original color was white or grey on top and black on the bottom. (The red is the primer showing through from the sanded areas.)
  • The tires are in good condition and there is a new spare tire as well.

Price is FIRM
