1974 Boler for sale

The good:
Reinforced boxed frame (so it's a stronger design than a u frame)
Has 3-way fridge
Has 2 burner stove (propane)
Has heater (propane) 
Sleeps 4 (2 adults on folded table and two kids using bunk)
Comes with custom tarp cover
Has tarp style awning/poles 
Has original fibreglass cover that goes over the front window during transportation (but clasps are gone)
It's light enough to move using my own hand power (and certainly light enough for a car)
New tires on her last outing (3 years-ish ago)
I changed the table (thicker for more support) but I still have the old one 

The bad
No water tank (broken since I bought it)
One of the crank mechanisms on the back jalahousie windows is broken

The ugly 
I've never tried to use the sink/taps (always just used jugged water)
I stored it (covered) in my driveway and haven't even taken the cover off in two years (until this week)
Don't know if lights are working still (they were last time I took it out - 3 years ago)
She's dirty and probably needs to be resealed around the windows/belly band
