Well cared for, restored & maintained Trillium 1300 with build date of July 4, 1973. Ready-to-camp, green exterior, yellow/orange interior, fiberglass construction. Many updates and modifications, but have tried to stay true to the original style & intent. Owned since 2008, selling because our family has outgrown.

Storage under all seating, 2 cabinets above sink, 2 cabinets under front bench and closet with shelves. Open shelving above dinette (1 wrap around above the rear dinette area and one small one at mid level).

Frame & tongue in good, original shape - requires a 1 7/8” ball for towing. 7-pin tow vehicle connection and includes a Tekonsha wireless brake controller + remote

Axle replaced in 2009 with new Dexter 2000 pound capacity axle w/7" electric brakes and EZ Lube option

New 13” wheels in 2008, current tires new in 2019 with about 2,500 miles on them. Spare mounted on back with a Trillium cover. 1 half moon hubcap. Original mud flaps in good shape.

Original brake lights, fully intact, in great shape

4 LED marker lights, exterior LED porch light

All Jalousie windows removed, re-sealed & finished with new interior marine grade plywood frames & stainless screws in 2008 - no leaks/issues and they operate as expected, screens in great shape.

Exterior gel coat in decent shape considering age. Light/cosmetic cracks, pits and dings throughout consistent with age. No known leaks and the belly band in good shape. Original rock guard in good shape.

Sink with original manual hand pump (built into faucet) and a switched 12 volt pump. New fresh water tank installed in 2015 with new plumbing lines. No water heater.
