Great little trailer but our family has outgrown it!

Built on a reinforced chassis to support added storage box on the rear

1400 lbs dry weight
Furnace and electrical all working
New wiring last year for lights and towing wires
12v plug added just below bunk beds
Dinette converts to double bed 
bunk beds on the other side 
Sleeps 4
Stove and furnace work fine
Water storage and sink were used once when we first got it
Needs new cushion covers but still serviceable
