Sleeps 4. Dinette converts to double size bed and sofa converts to bunks. Similar to Scamp, Casita, Boler. Title on hand, trailer has been gutted but we have tons of new parts and included at this price, pretty much have everything but a table top, and fridge. To put it simple, we have had this for years, but never seem to have the time, looking at this year we don’t forecast having the time. 

Great project in the making, customize to your tastes. Last picture is how they came. We were looking at going real on the bottom.
Ball size is 1 5/8. We have excellent used cushions. LED lights for in/out, spare set of dinette benches, new stove top, new stove hood, new hardware from Scamp, new roof vent, and other items.
