Awesome little trailer. Inside recently renovated. Rewired with 50 amp. Dual propane/electric 2x3 fridge with large pot drawer below. Slide out stove top, sink with pump fawcet works but not used in long time. Heater is disconnected and not sure it would work if it was connected. Bag awning included. Back dinette converted to permanent bed with high quality foam mattress with a large drawer under the bed. Closet converted to pantry with slide out drawers. Vinyl plank floors. Front table is permantly mounted. Has a porta pottyin front dinette. Max air cover over roof vent. Windows original and no cracks or leaks, work awesome. Belly band was redone in the last 3-4 years, no leaks or rot. Plasti dip on bottom of outside trailer, easy to remove as well as the personalized decals. Bearings were greased last summer as well as all the outside lights replaced. Serious inquiries please. The unit has and is being stored somewhere else and will need to be pulled out and cleaned up to show.
