Time for The Avocado Boler to find a sweet new home.
13ft 1971 Bolerpurchased about 4 years ago, only 2 owners prior to us. We’re upsizing and will be sad to see her go!

-axle in good shape
-brand new tires
-brand new battery
-door closes beautifully though we’ve never had the key operate on the lock properly
-no visible signs of rust
-original paint in excellent condition (was professionally cut polished at a detail shop about 6 years ago)
-The previous owner rewired the entire trailer
-The frame is good and has been reinforced where they all go at some point in the past.
-no stove or sink....however I think do have the original stove and sink that go with it..
-The previous owner cut the counter so a large battery/110 fridge could be installed, very handy!
-It has a really nice interior led light.
-new laminate floors installed.
-foam and upholstery on dinette could be replaced but still has life left in it
-small repair needed on dinette table
