SOLD - 1969 13' Trails West Camper - $6,500 - Austin, TX

This amazing little Trails West Camper is a rare find! It has a super-lightweight fiberglass body on a steel frame. Less than 1500lbs: light enough to camp directly on the beach … even our Prius can pull it!

Built in 1969, she has been reimagined inside and is ready many more decades of love and adventure. Perfect for a couple who is ready to upgrade from tent camping to having air conditioning and a comfy, new bed (mattress is still in it’s plastic bag).

Spacious enough to stand up in but petite enough to store in your driveway. Can be connected to any source of water with a regular hose and regular extension cord (no special plug needed). We find that a tiny portable heater is all you need in cool temps and the space is toasty in minutes.

The adorable sink is handy for washing dishes and brushing your teeth -- water collects beneath and is easily emptied by hand. Low-profile LED lights over the counter and a mounted IKEA rack keeps your tiled-space maximized. A powerstrip mounted on the cabinet side makes it easy to charge your phones and plug in your coffee maker (also included!).

Beneath the bed you’ll find loads of storage area – long enough for folding chairs, firewood, and much, much more. Under the cute couch and kitchen cabinet nooks there’s even more storage in baskets. Additionally included are four jack stands (in case you’re parked on an uneven surface). Nestled next to the bed are four vertical drawers perfect to store your clothes.
