1995 16ft Casita Spirit Deluxe Trailer w/ 3.8kWh Lithium Solar Setup - $19,950 - Oakland, CA

16 foot Casita Spirit Deluxe Fiberglass Travel Trailer with Bathroom, Shower and fully integrated 3.8kWh Lithium Solar Setup including eight 100 watt solar panels.

This is a '95 Casita Spirit Deluxe travel trailer that has many upgrades and modifications for our family to use. I've inherited a different rv and vehicle and decided to let it go, but all work was done with the idea that this was my dream trailer and would be in the family for decades. I designed this Casita for completely off grid use on solar power, including running the air conditioning and microwave on solar! Can be used with a gas generator as well as plugged in to shore power. Includes 8 flexible lightweight 100 watt solar panels.

-New blackwater tank and all new under the chassis plumbing done to building code and lifted for additional clearance.

-New upgraded porcelain RV toilet.

-New vent covers and rotating vent cover for toilet vent that turns with the wind and ensures interior stays free bathroom smells

-New longer septic hose with elbow for easier and cleaner waste disposal
-Custom hitch storage box

-Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector that shows current carbon monoxide level ppm

-Andersen No-Sway' Weight Distribution Hitch

-BougeRV 12V 42 Quart Freezer/Refrigerator on custom pullout under bench, hardwired to 12volt using low wattage.

-Integrated 3.8kWh Lithium Solar Setup includes a 300ah lithium battery and marine grade 2000 watt inverter with 4000 watt surge, Victron Energy Lynx Distributor, LNEX RV Battery Monitor, 60A MPPT Solar Charge Controller all hardwired and fused into the RV's 12 volt and 110ac system. All outlets in the rv can be powered by the battery which can be charged by solar (or plugged in to shore power or plugged in to a generator) 15 amp polarity sensing RV plug and cord included.

Im including 8 flexible 100 watt solar panels that I was not impressed with performance wise and Ive since come to understand that the flexible panels aren't great at efficiency- I was able to generate about 60 watts per hour on each in good conditions which gets you to 480 watts per hour, a great start but you may consider upgrading or adding on. I do love how light and easy to move they are.

One nice thing about the '90s Casitas is that the factory weight is very low- this one's factory weight is rated at 1750 lbs. I would guess it weighs about 2800 fully loaded but I have not had it weighed and you are be responsible for having a safe tow vehicle.

The three way fridge works as well. included mounted duel propane tanks.
