After many years and many, many excellent trips all over the U.S. (and much of Canada) we have decided to sell our trailer. We are the original owners. Non-smokers. We are going to take a year off from RV travel, and plan to buy something more spacious and a new tow vehicle in a year or so. We are the original owners and have been delighted with it.

The model is 17 foot Casita Spirit Deluxe (2003) with just about all the options available at the time of manufacture. You can see the current model at Spirit (casitatraveltrailers.com). It is in very good shape inside and out, no structural damage.

Right now, there is no battery included, and only one propane tank (set up for 2). Purchaser can have the old 14 inch rims and tires at no charge. As far as I know, with a new battery and new propane tank all systems will work as designed, though the purchaser will want to replace the broken handle for the Ventline ventilator in the bathroom. The handle is about $10. The 15 inch tires are, I think, about 8 years old, so a buyer might want to replace them as well.
