WANTED 16' or 17' with washroom: Western Canada

Looking for a 16' or 17' trailer with washroom anywhere in Western Canada. Preferably newer than 2000, but will consider anything.

I am handy for minor repairs, but not interested in anything with structural damage, roof leaks, etc.
