Selling a 13' Trillium trailer with completely renovated interior (very similar to a Boler)

We have replaced and resealed window framing, installed new vinyl plank floors and trim, replaced the table, cabinet doors, and installed new counter top + custom sink cover for additional work space. Working propane stove top.

Water: we have added a jet-pump faucet with removable 22L water tank, as well as food-grade water-line hookup + faucet - so that it can be used both within serviced campsites or for "boon docking" remotely without a service hookup.

Electrical: we added a new 12V RV/Marine battery and a new LED lighting system for great lighting that lasts for several days without being plugged in for a recharge. We also have a regular 120V hookup and interior outlets for when you are at a campsite.

If you like to use it in the shoulder seasons/winter (we used it a lot for skiing) we have an electric heater (when at a powered site) and a propane heater for when you're on the go.

Also have new custom handmade curtains, as well as insulated thermal window covers. The main seating area has been reupholstered but have not yet tackled the back bench / bunk beds (we have fabric that matches the new main cushions and happy to include).

We haven't yet had time to tackle the exterior repaint job - which is more cosmetic than anything but understand is important to some. This has been part of our long term plan (we've been improving slowly over the past few years) and would love to take it on some more adventures (great for road trips). Though we'd love to hang on to it we're looking to sell to help with our finances.

We are looking to sell for about $7000, with a bit of room for negotiation. We keep the trailer in Whistler, could bring the trailer down to Vancouver (live in the VGH/City Hall area) for showing but would need to be serious as we don't have storage space here.
