13-foot 2003 Casita Patriot Deluxe in very good condition. Front bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Toilet valve recently replaced. Original front air conditioner below closet still cools well. Two-burner gas stove top, kitchen sink and original microwave oven. AC/gas water heater. Original 3-way Dometic refrigerator is available for restoration, but has been replaced by dorm-size AC refrigerator. Upgraded Parallax electrical power converter with TempAssure and new 16,000 BTU Suburban NT series furnace recently installed. Battery two years old, tires replaced and wheel bearings packed 2,500 miles ago. Original interior still in very good condition. Exterior decals removed because they were pealing and have not been replaced. Finish is dull with a few chips and surface cracks, but no structural or through-cracks.
