GENERAL DESCRIPTION Wow, Fantastic "Like New" Original Condition. Was only ever camped in one weekend a summer. Interior does not have a single wear mark or stain, looks showroom new inside. Exterior Fiberglass is in perfect shape with no cracks, rock chips or spyderwebbing of the Gel coat. Includes extras, including a Samsung Flat Screen HDTV. Currently Winterized, but can be turned camp ready in around 20 minutes. New Tires Installed, and Wheel Bearings just Serviced. Tows wonderfully.

Why are we Selling? Well, we currently also own a '96 Scamp Deluxe 16' you can kind of see it in the background of the photos and we had planned on upgrading to this Casita. We enquired about this Casita years ago, and the owners finally let it go . Love it, we have owned over 20 eggs through the years, huge enthusiasts Several Scamps, Uhauls, Buro's, Bolers, amp; Trilliams/Always on the Lookout . But this is by far the nicest, most well optioned one we have seen or owned. But, we have a 1k plus 14" Custom Mattress in our current Scamp that we thought we could just transfer over. Well, not as easy as it sounds and will require us to remove one upper cabinet and a few other things to get it out. So here's the plan, we are going to offer up this Casita for the next couple of weeks. If it finds a new home, great. If not, we will store them both and come Spring we will list both the Scamp and Casita Around the same price , and whichever sells first we will keep the other one, mattress not included. Plus, we plan on camping well into November this year, and our 16' Scamp is already loaded to go camping, Sheets on the bed, stuff in the Fridge, and clothes in the cabinets.
