Hello,

We have a wonderful 1974 13' Boler trailer for sale for $8400.  We are only the 3rd owner of this little gem. She has been well cared for and is in great shape. Our daughters have outgrown the bunk beds so it is time for her to find a new family. She goes out once or twice a year when rain is in the forecast and we have the itch to be in a campground. 

Working 2 burner stove, pump faucet and water reservoir, couch/double bunk, dinette/bed, storage closet with shelving, 4 stabilizing jacks, 2 leveling ramps, ceiling vent, original exterior paint

Replaced or Upgraded:

New Red Oak dinette table top, new curtains, alder cabinet doors, replaced upholstery which now has some wear and tear (original foam), new propane tank, new battery for lighting, new hubcaps, new interior paint. 

In need of some service:

Heater functions but it is difficult to light and does not adjust settings, no AC power from inverter (overhead lights are DC and LED and work fine), large plexiglass windows have some wear and tear and rubber seal could be replaced, 1 broken overhead light cap (light still works).
