Up for sale is a rare.. This trailer needs some finishing touches.. I had started rehab a few years ago but too many trailers to finish at the moment to work on this one.

1999 burro 17ft wide body with bath.

Everything is in working condition, ac, fridge, water, black/grey holding tanks are intact. Fresh water needs to re-installed. 

I had redone the entire floor with new plywood and hard wood flooring. Since I had it in storage for the last two years the humidity is starting warp the hardwood floors a little bit. 
 

cons: 

needs enterior washing, windows needs to re-sealed, bathroom floor still need a piece of plywood to be installed, fresh water tank needs to be strapped in, front and rear table tops needs to repainted/redone, missing front seat cushions, two cabinet doors missing.
