In 1985 UHAUL purchased a 13' Scamp Camper Trailer, copied it and had it manufactured by Youngstown Trailer Manufacturing Company.  This 1986 trailer is one of these rugged campers.  It is in very good condition for its age (see photos).

The interior arrangement is remarkably similar to that of the current standard Scamp 13' trailer.

The camper has the following features and amenities: fiberglass construction, ice box, fresh water tank, city water hookup, sleeps 1 - 4, table converts to bed, bunk beds convert to sofa, clothes closet, new 12000 BTU Atwood LP gas furnace and thermostat in 2009, 120 volt service cord and 30 amp convertor provides for 120 volt interior outlets and 12 volt lights and appliances and charges the 12 volt battery (electrical system inspected and serviced in 2008), new 12 volt deep cycle battery in 2008, two burner LP gas stove, propane tank, power range hood, roof fan/vent (works great) and evaporative cooler (not connected), curtains, sink, cabinet, sliding windows, cabinets, mounted stabilizer jacks, hitch weight approximately 100 pounds (200 GVWA), gross weight 2000 GVWR (empty weight much less), trailer lighting and water/plumbing system redone in 2008, tires in good condition (no spare), tongue jack with wheel, bike rack with holders for 4 bikes, UHAUL Camper Trailer Repair and Illustrated Parts Breakdown Manuals are included,

To my knowledge, everything works properly except for the evaporative cooler which is not connected (have new pump however) and the key to the door lock is missing.  Sold "as is."  My Subaru Forrester pulls this trailer beautifully.  I love this little camper and hate to part with it - but I bought a new 16' Scamp (unfortunately weighs a lot more than the 13').
