Hello.  We are selling our 72 Boler.  The good:  It is in very good shape and ready to camp right now.  It has had many recent updates and for a 40 year trailer looks great!  You would not believe how many people come up to comment on the Boler.  Updates include:  new lock set & tires, electric fridge, hardwood doors and custom shelves, carpet & curtains, 110 & 12V lights with inverter, deep cell battery and on-board charger (w/ LED light in kitchen), new faucet, oak stove & sink covers for more counter space, new wheel covers & spare tire cover.  It has scissor jacks, microwave, flat screen TV w/ DVD player, A/C and a small electric heater that works great.  The bed has been modified for a little extra room w/ extra foam added (we leave down all the time)  The bad:  the door has a little sag typical to these trailers but works fine.  Know what it needs, just haven't had time to redo.  Also, the PO did a DIY paint job and close inspection shows that but looks great at 5 ft. or so (not flaking or anything like that, just not an automobile type finish).  Non-smokers. 

tows straight & true with ease.  Sleeps two great, three with minor modification. FITS IN STANDARD GARAGE!!!  Bought lake house so wife says this needs to go.
