This is an unrestored (read: original) 1978 Trillium 4500. It's the 15' version. It has the original fridge, stove, heater and sink. I have not used the heater or the stovetop. The fridge works great on 12v and 120v, I have not tried it on propane (I've not used the propane mostly because, living on Long Island, NY, I need to travel bridges and tunnels to get off the island and many of them have propane restrictions)

The trailer has new Carlise trailer tires (200 miles ago), the electric brakes work, frame is in great shape (it looks to have had the frame reinforcement pieces welded on by the previous owner.)

I bought this a couple of years ago from the daughter of the original owner. It was very well maintained and seems to have been (and still is) a non-smoker used trailer. I had the cushions replaced with new upholstery grade foam and recovered with some cool Ikea fabric as the original fabric was fraying quite a bit. The overhead storage sliding doors could stand to be replaced as could the light covers. I replaced the carpet with some utility carpet from Home Depot.

NO LEAKS, this trailer stays dry inside even in the worst downpours!

Glass is all good, louvers open/close. Window blinds could stand to be replaced. Hitch and front leg are original and work fine... the original safety chains are even there. Wiring all works. The front window fiberglass cover is good too. Good spare tire.

I have replaced the manual roof vent with one with a fan and auto open/close. I have not permanently hooked up the wiring for it though.
