This is the side dinette model (Spirit Deluxe). Second owner. Excellent condition, with some desirable modifications and upgrades.
An interested buyer received this e-mail response from the Scammer:
I was recently promoted so I had to move along with my wife in Philadelphia, PA. Due to the fact that I'm very busy with my work and I don't stay too much at home, the casita is already at the shipping company and will be delivered with "express delivery", shipping costs are included in the price. The transaction will be made under eBay's buyer protection plan. This way we can receive assistance for the purchase, title transfer, etc.
