We have issued NUMEROUS Scam Alerts in the past on this 1999 Scamp. Again, ads are running all over the United States. The headings vary somewhat (see examples above). Also, different e-mail addresses are used (see below).

A person who made contact with the seller provides the following info:
"Beware of '99 Scamp Travel Trailer for Sale. Supposedly seller lives in Arizona & in the military. Shame on him for using the military!! Will say can have camper delivered for "free". Tells you he is going to be deployed soon. Then says unexpectedly being deployed to Spain or another country & wants you to wire the money via Western Union to an "agent" there. Oh, and by the way, price has been significantly raised! Surprise! Surprise! Scam, scam, scam!!!!!!! Also, photos he will send you came from E-Bay. "
