This camper is in excellent condition and everything works great. A few weeks ago we had an overall inspection done at our local RV shop and all that needed to be done was to install two new deep cycle batteries and re-seal a couple spots on the roof (we have receipts for all recent work). The interior has never been smoked in and is also in great condition. It's the basement model, has tons of storage space, refrigerator, freezer, 3 way stovetop and oven, bathroom, shower, etc, etc...we are only the second owner.
