Exterior: Shell in great shiny condition, There is a few small gel coat spider cracks but it doesn't affect the durability of the gel-coating.
Interior: very clean original interior, no water leaks, no soft floors, no flood. Rear dinette table converts into a full size bed. Bed measures: 53" x 77"-optional factory added big bed, Interior height 73".
The vinyl floor in the rear of the trailer discolored and turned pink. It is due to the type of glue factory used. It is a common issue.
Chassis: 2-Brand New 13" tire/wheel, electric brakes and bearing serviced, chassis has some minor surface rust.

* All plumbing functions, lines, connections, valves all inspected- No issues found.
