The following options were factory installed: High lift axel modification with 15" wheels and "D" rated tires. Awning, two burner stove top with cover, sink cover, cable TV ready, outside shower, microwave oven, vinyl floors, 25 gallon fresh water tank, bubble levelers on exterior, blowout plug.

We made a major change in the sleeping arrangements when we acquired the Casita. Extended the width if the side benches and had custom 5" foam cushions constructed along with matching 3" thick backrests cushions. This twin sleeping arrangement has worked very well for us. We slightly shortened the table and placed it against the back wall, it so we have full use of the table at all times.

Additional items and modifications by owner:
• Completely rebuilt wheels, new bearings, grease seals, brake drums and brake magnets.
• Installed refrigerator internal fan switched from outside the refrigerator.
• I installed three external refrigerator coil cooling fans with switch inside trailer to assist cooling during hot weather. Refrigerator is AC/DC/GAS.
• Installed internal switch to control porch light.
• New "pigtail" wire connecting the tow vehicle to trailer with junction box mounted on the trailer tongue.
• Two scissor stabilization jacks were installed on front of trailer.
• Replaced anode and heating element in water heater.
• W/H is AC or Gas self start
• Installed Winegard IV with integrated Wingman UHF-VHF and internal power amplifier. TV antenna is controlled from inside trailer (up/down and when up direction control).
• A 19" new VIZIO HD TV is included.
• I installed additional bathroom light and control of both lights from outside bathroom door.
• New sewer drain hose and storage container.
• I installed STOP/TURN/TAIL LED lights on vertically on either side of back window.
• Installed cargo box on rear of trailer using a 2' x 2" trailer coupler.
• I had reinforcement installed in the rear frame of the trailer and mounted receiver portion of the coupler.
• A frame of aluminum to support the cargo box and provided a 2" x 2" bar to insert into the trailer mounted coupler was constructed.
• All the interior light bulbs have been replaced with LED bulbs which provide more light, almost no heat, low current draw and long life. (except stove hood light).
• Marine type toilet paper holder which keeps the paper dry.
• The trailer comes with a complete WDH by Kurt (the type sold by Casita) and a sway bar.

The Casita is in very good condition, we do not smoke and have not used the stove in the trailer, all systems are working and I am not aware of any problems.
