NEW custom Southern Mattress for the double bed, 6" soft foam with 1" puffy cover, very comfy, but also have the original cushions for the table seats that convert to double bed. Awning. Fully stocked with plastic plates, bowls, utensils, cute matching towels, etc. No pets and no smokers.
Has been carefully stored under cover.
