The “Nest Egg” has been completely refurbished, the shell has been shined, it has new shoes and is now ready to be enjoyed by a new owner. Fiberglass trailers are in high demand due to the fact they do not “wear out”, there is no rubber roof to replace, no seams or joints that can let water in and unlike aluminum Airstreams, no rivets that will fail and leak. But getting back to your new fiberglass trailer, let me give you some more information about it. It is 17’ long and weighs approximately 2,000#  empty with a tongue weight of  320#. It has all new 14” balanced wheels with all new load range C radial tires. The bearings have been repacked and greased. Although when made in 2007 there was no awning, the Nest Egg now has a new 10 foot bimini awning installed in the proper yellow “Egg Yolk” color. Every light outside has been replaced with new LED’s and it really looks sharp at night. It has 2 new group 27 batteries in a tongue tool box with over 200 amp hours for your use.  Inside you will be amazed at the size of living space. It is a full 84” wide with a oversized double bed  with a new futon mattress and a single bed that converts to a dinette. There is a full bath with shower and toilet. It has a new 4 gal electric water heater. The interior lights have been converted to LED with additional new LED lights installed inside closets and overhead cabinets, outside step and exterior hookups. Four additional  new 12v sockets have been installed. The kitchen includes a stainless sink, microwave, under cabinet 12 cup coffee maker and stove. For winter camping there is an electric heater built in for those times you have hookups and a new Wave3 catalytic propane heater installed for those times you do not. 

In the summer there is a new 14 speed Fantastic fan with remote so you can operate it from your bed and if it gets too hot, a 5000 btu air conditioner is installed.. There are 3  tinted windows to enjoy the scenery from as well as a clear skylight to watch the moon/stars overhead at night. A new oak floating wooden floor has been installed with custom carpet pieces included for winter use if wanted. Prewired for cable  will allow television watching on those rainy days. Winegard antenna included in sale for off the air digital broadcasts. Installed also is a new Jensen marine, am/fm/ipod/weather radio with S.A.M.E. for those hazardous forecasts.
